clean luxurious rooms
The management needs to improve communication, especially regarding shuttle bus scheduling!!! The lukewarm water in the shower could definitely be hotter !!! Frequent cancellations of reservations are frustrating!!!

I had such high hopes for Emaar Elite but they were absolutely dashed. The staff were notably unfriendly, and don't expect your rooms to be clean, either. Oh, and after all that trouble, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but alas, I guess I was just another regular guest after all. Truly disappointing in every aspect.

The double room was incredibly spacious and well-furnished, with a fridge and kettle that made it easy to prepare snacks and drinks. I loved the beautiful marble flooring that added a touch of elegance. The hotel also provided complimentary Arabic coffee and dates, which was a delightful surprise upon arrival.
The shuttle service to Haram was infrequent and could be improved.

The shuttle bus service could use better frequency, as it often required a 15-minute walk to the nearest stop. Despite that, the room was spacious and offered a comfortable atmosphere, complete with a practical kettle and fridge. The restaurant nearby served delicious hamburgers, perfect for a late-night bite. the amenities could be improved. I noticed the bathroom was quite small and lacked ventilation, which was inconvenient.

The room was spacious with a practical setup, featuring a fridge and kettle which allowed for some late-night snacks and hot drinks. I found it pleasantly unique how the hotel had a mini-market next door, perfect for grabbing essentials or those midnight cravings.
Housekeeping was a letdown. I went four days without any fresh sheets or towels, and my requests often felt lost in the void. The shuttle bus situation was pretty erratic. I waited too long for a ride and often had to navigate the steep, uphill trek back after prayers, which was more of a workout than I bargained for. the breakfast spread was a real disappointment, lacking variety and freshness—no fruits or decent coffee, just stuck with stale options.

The hotel had a sparkling clean ambiance, with spacious rooms that made unwinding a pleasure. Plus, the shuttle bus service to Haram was a lifesaver, running 24/7 to make prayer trips super convenient. Let’s not forget the lovely mini-market next door for those late-night snack cravings!
Now, the location is a bit of a trek uphill, making post-prayer returns a minor workout. Parking was another hassle I ran into. it took me a good two hours to snag a spot which was pretty annoying.
