During my recent two-day stay at Emaar Elite, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the room. The professional staff made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety each day. I particularly appreciated the convenient shuttle service and friendly drivers. The hotel's strategic location meant the Grand Mosque was just a short walk away, and the nearby restaurants provided delicious dining options.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Its location at a moderate distance from a massive mosque was decent and nice. It was also right by hill side, several shops and the restaurant...

The hotel was in a perfect location not far from Haram mosque, buses with more clear signage, and a hill...

The management needs to improve communication, especially regarding shuttle bus scheduling!!! The lukewarm water in the shower could definitely be hotter !!! Frequent cancellations of reservations are frustrating!!!

We were there for 1 night, overall had a real good stay. The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was cooperative. The location for Mecca was absolutely perfect and decent, near Grand Mosque, Emaar Elite and the restaurant. Furthermore, on a hill. Room was brand-new and perfectly clean and available with coffee/tea and kettle, for instance. Everything was perfectly fine, including comfortable room decor.

The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Zamzam Well. Our quadruple room with a multi-channel TV, a seating area and a radio was outstanding. The staff were KIND, excellent co-operating.

I had such high hopes for Emaar Elite but they were dashed. The staff were notably unfriendly, and don't expect your rooms to be clean, either. Oh, and after all that trouble, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but alas, I guess I was just another regular guest after all. Truly disappointing in every aspect.

The double room was spacious and well-furnished, with a fridge and kettle, made it easy to prepare snacks and drinks. I loved the beautiful marble flooring that added a touch of elegance. The hotel also provided complimentary Arabic coffee and dates, a good surprise upon arrival.
The shuttle service to Haram was infrequent and could be improved.

The shuttle bus service could use better frequency, as it often required a 15-minute walk to the nearest stop. Despite that, the room was spacious and offered a comfortable atmosphere, complete with a practical kettle and fridge. The restaurant nearby served delicious hamburgers, perfect for a late-night bite. The amenities could be improved. I noticed the bathroom was quite small and lacked ventilation, inconvenient.

The room was spacious with a practical setup, with a fridge and kettle which allowed for some late-night snacks and hot drinks. I found it really unique how the hotel had a mini-market next door, perfect for grabbing essentials or those midnight cravings.
Housekeeping was a letdown. I went four days without any fresh sheets or towels, and my requests often felt lost in the void. The shuttle bus situation was pretty erratic. I waited too long for a ride and often had to navigate the steep, uphill trek back after prayers, more of a workout than I bargained for. The breakfast spread was a real disappointment, lacking variety and freshness-no fruits or decent coffee, just stuck with stale options.
